DEWEF is aimed at assisting indigent but brilliant, needy, Students in our community
DEWEF is an acronym of Rotary Districts 9111 & 9112 Educational and Welfare Endowment Fund.
Its purpose is to help brilliant, but poor students in tertiary institutions in Lagos and Ogun States of Nigeria, to fund their education and provide for their welfare.
Rotarians in Districts 9111 & 9112 have been voluntarily donating money with a view to achieving the objective of this cause.
Bringing this initiative online will enable Rotarians and other compassionate donors to donate money in real-time and view their cumulative donations at any point in time.
It will also avail the world at large the opportunity to see and appreciate the transparency of the purpose of this humanitarian service, as judicious disbursement of these donations to qualified beneficiaries shall be published online from time to time.
Even the smallest amount of donation can make a positive impact!
