About Us

The Fund (DEWEF) was established by the defunct District 9110 in the 1991-92 Rotary year to cater for needy students in tertiary institutions and to support the District’s intervention efforts on disasters.

DEWEF is an acronym of Rotary Districts 9111 & 9112 Educational and Welfare Endowment Fund.

Its purpose is to help brilliant, but poor students in tertiary institutions in Lagos and Ogun States of Nigeria, to fund their education and provide for their welfare.
